Minor ( I Hope ) Injury:
Well, I suffered what ( I hope ) is a minor lower-leg injury that will keep me from running for awhile, it was unrelated to running as to how it occurred.
I have learned from experience that when this type of thing happens, is a great time to put your focus elsewhere, such as losing weight or cross-training, then you can quickly resume running when the time comes and pick up almost where you left off.
