A Good Weight Chart:
I had previously touched on idealized weight charts. Most of them are very old, and were based on insurance company mortality rates. Some of those charts had unrealistic weights, and used outdated formulas.
I have found one that is more modern and reasonable, I like the bottom chart on the link below the best. Like it says, you should use the Devine formula if you are a man or use the Robinson formula if you are a woman.
