2 Minor Follow Ups:
Just wanted to add 2 things to my last post. As far as the idealized weight charts ( that are easily found on an Internet search ) that I was talking about, I forgot to mention that muscular people's "normal" weight will be higher, so if you do weight training you don't need to stick to the weight charts religiously, you can go a bit over their stated weight ranges depending on how muscular you are.
Also my comment about Benadryl, where I pointed out that it is the "PM" ingrediant of Tylenol PM, and Advil PM, DO NOT pop those drugs to help you sleep, as they are bad for your liver long-term.
You should buy just the plain Diphenhydramine, ( Benadryl ) if you choose to use it as a sleep aid.
