Sharing Some Thoughts And Strategies:
There is a rule of thumb that you can shave 6 seconds off your 5K time for every pound of weight you lose.
My advice to fellow white runners here is to find one of those charts where you look up your height, sex, and body frame type, and it tells you your idealized weight.
Shoot for the low to middle end of the range, but obviously don't overdo it. I figure I can safely lose about 20 more pounds, for a net gain of about 2 minutes off my 5K.
Don't fall for the stupid Atkins scam, or whatever the latest dieting fad is. These are just people making a living peddling their dumb books to sidetrack people onto complex strategies.
White people have known for years that it all boils down to burning more calories than you take in, it need be no more complicated than that.
I am going to alternate between days of "normal" eating, and days of taking these "Survival Tabs." This will acclimate us to an artificial diet that we may need when the race war begins, or should I say for when the rest of society has realized that the race war has already begun? And there are food shortages? I currently take 36 tabs every other day, shooting for about a 2-pound per week weight loss for now.
But in the meantime, for as long as the racially brainwashed lemmings remain asleep, my studies have lead me to believe that artificial diets are not good unless absolutely necessary, hence my alternating days of utilizing this means to an end result.
Also, I believe it's better to wear pants that are snug or even slightly too tight, as opposed to walking around in baggy-trouser nigger pants. This keeps your mind focused on losing weight. No one likes to eat a big meal and then have to loosen their belt notch or unsnap their pant, this works for me anyhow.
Speaking of niggers, a random thought just entered my head. Why is it that back in the 70's, the niggers used to go around calling everyone a "cat" all the time, i.e. "He's a cool cat."
Now everything with them is "What up dog?"
Some thoughts On Supplements:
1) Fish Oil - If you are not a fish eater, it's a safe bet to add some fish oil capsules to your diet.
2) Garlic - I have taken garlic capsules in the past, but I plan to move onto using more of the real McCoy in the future.
3) Kudzu - I don't use this personally, but I am convinced it helps people who wish to quit or cut down on their drinking of alcohol. ( I personally know of success stories ) Over-indulgence of alcohol is a major problem for our race. Kudzu can be purchased from IHealthTree. Chinese doctors have been using this for years, and just because the slant-eyed chinks are ahead of the curve on this one is no good reason for white people not to learn something here. Truth is truth, regardless of the source.
4) Melatonin - This is a hormone that can help you if you have trouble sleeping, but try to avoid using it excessively.
5) CoQ10 - I take several hundred milligrams of this stuff weekly, for overall heart health. Don't overuse it, as long-term effects are not well-studied.
These fall into the drug category, so I separate them:
The responsible thing for me to say here is "Check with a legitimate doctor before using these, although they are available without a prescription."
1) Aspirin - A baby aspirin or two daily should be considered for someone with a high potential for heart problems.
2) Benadryl - ( Also known as "Diphenhydramine" ) This is an antihistamine, but is also the "PM" ingredient in Advil PM, and Tylenol PM, in other words it can work as a sedative, to help you sleep. Some doctors have called this a "wonder drug," because it is versatile like aspirin.
3) Red Wine - I do not presently use this, but plan to in the future. ( A glass or two a day ) Dr. Konstantin Frank - Fleur de Pinot Noir is a wine regional to my area that is said to contain large quantities of "Resveratrol," which supposedly has been found to make mice run like Big Brown at the Preakness. I believe you should drink the wine as opposed to taking Resveratrol in another form. You can order it through the mail from Finger Lakes Winery. Some states won't let you mail order it, I guess they think underage kids will get their hands on it, but it is believed by many that it can greatly extend your life span as well.
It has not been extensively tested in humans.
